The Omnicomm Calibratex service is designed for digital calibration of vehicle fuel tanks based on real refuelings, without the need for physical calibration of fuel level sensors or tank calibration using the incremental (portion-by-portion) fuel filling method.

The service is intended exclusively for fuel level sensors manufactured by OMNICOMM and is designed to operate with:

• a single, non-connected fuel tank;
• fuel tanks of cylindrical, parallelepiped or D-form shape.

Fuel tanks with complex geometry, internal baffles, multiple sensors, or non-standard shapes must be calibrated using the traditional fuel filling (drain-and-fill) method.

Compared to traditional installation and calibration, the service allows:

• reducing installation time from approximately 4 hours to 30 minutes;
• eliminating the need for:
  • calibration pipes;
  • pumps, flowmeters, and measuring containers;
  • fuel draining and refilling;
• performing calibration based on real operational refueling data.
