Sealing
Omnicomm LLS sensors can be sealed using a protective seal cover and the connector:
1. Install the seal cover onto the sensor body.
2. Insert the pins into the grooves of the seal cover and push them fully into place.
After the pins are installed, the sensor cannot be removed without destroying the seal cover.
Install the cable tie seal on the sensor connector:
- Connect the sensor connector to the installation cable connector until it clicks.
- Thread the flexible element of the seal through the connectors.
- Thread the flexible element of the seal into the hole of the seal housing.
- Tighten the connection.
- Cut off the excess portion of the flexible seal element.
Additional seal covers can be purchased separately.
