In “Administration” section open “Fuel cards” inlet. The window will open:

In “Fuel cards” inlet a list of fuel cards with the following information will display:

“Fuel card number” is a number of fuel card;

“Operator” is a fuel company issued a card;

“VH” is a vehicle to which a fuel card is assigned.

“Driver” is a driver to whom a fuel card is assigned.

“Issued on” is a date of issue of a fuel card for a VH or a driver;

“Valid till” is an end date of a fuel card used by a VH or a driver;

“Added” is a date and time when a fuel cad was added in Omnicomm Online.

In “Fuel cards” section in “Operator” field select a fuel company operator from a drop-down list.

In “Card number” field enter a number of a fuel tank containing ten figures.

The window will open:

Check contact details and tick “I agree”. Press “OK” button.

In “Administration” section open “Fuel cards” inlet. The window will open, select a fuel card from a drop-down menu there and press “Card data”.

Select a VH or a driver from the list, to which it is required to issue this card and press link “Issue” or in case it is required to change dispense parameters press link Change.

The window will open:

Press link Select VH or Select driver depending on to whom this card shall be used.

“Start date”, specify date and time of a card issue.

“End date” is an end date of a fuel card used by a VH or a driver;

Press “Save” button.
