During exploitation period of Omnicomm terminals, a client has a right to change its service provider. In such case terminals reconnecting shall be performed.

Accepting or transferring organization shall send a request for reconnecting service to Omnicomm.

1. Upload the objects profiles (Users, Drivers, VH, Geofences, Routes, Notifications). To do this go to “Import/Export” section in Omnicomm Online “Administration”:

Export objects profiles to files.

2. Send exported profiles of objects via electronic mail to the accepting party.

3. Delete the profiles of vehicles and client profiles in the Omnicomm Online account.

Accepting party:

Import the received files to your Omnicomm Online account.

 Responsibilities of a transferring party can be performed by Omnicomm company.
