In section “General driver data” enter following:

“Last name” is a Driver's last name;

“Name” is a Driver's name;

“Date of birth” is a Driver's date of birth;

“Telephone” is a Driver's telephone number;

“I-Button” is an identification number of an I-Button key, which will be owned by a driver;

“Date of hiring” is a date of hiring of a Driver;

Display of a Driver's registration on Omnicomm Online is available only “from the date of hiring”. When setting up a “date of hiring” earlier than a current day, it is required to perform data recalculation for VH on which this driver worked.

“Final date of work” is a Driver's final date of work; Specifying final date of work instead of deleting a driver allows to save history of driver's assignments on Omnicomm Online.

“Final date of work” can be any date, starting from a current date, e.g. a driver cannot have a final date of work on a “conditional” date.

In section “Driving license”:

“Categories”, select categories to be allowed in driving license;

“Serial number“, specify a serial number of a driving license;

“Date of issue”, specify a date of issue of a driving license;

“Valid till”, specify an end date of driving license validity period;

In section “Drivers group” press link Select a group for edited driver and select one or several groups, to which a driver will belong.

In section “Driver's card” specify card numbers separating by commas being used by a driver to control over periods of work and rest using a tachograph.

In “Administration” section open “Drivers” inlet. The window displaying the list of all Omnicomm Online drivers will open. Select a driver from the list from whose card it is required to download files. Press button “Export file from driver's card”.

Downloading files from the driver's card is only for drivers, whose profiles include driver cards numbers used to control over periods of work and rest using a tachograph.

The window will open, select in it a period of time, files for which need to be downloaded.

Press button “Select”. Omnicomm Online will generate an archive with DDD-files (e.g., DDDArchive_2015-07-30 17_32_00.zip).

DDD-files names format is C_YYYYMMDD_HHMM_A_BBB…B_NNN…N.DDD:

С_ is a card identifier;

YYYY is a year;

MM is a month;

DD is a day;

HHMM_ are hours, minutes;

A_BBB…B_ is a family name and mame of a driver;

NNN…N is a driver's card number;

DDD (Digital Download Data) is a format of loaded data.
