Reports distribution setup

In “Administration” section open “Email lists” inlet. The window will open:

“Report” is a name of the report for the email list.

“Vehicles” are vehicles for which the report for email list is generated.

“Recipients” is the list of electronic mail addresses of the email list.

“Report period” is a period of report formation taking in account the time zone given in the task for email list.

“Schedule” is a schedule of the email list distribution taking in account regularity, time zone and delay of report formation.

“The last successful operation” is a date and time of the last successful mailing list distribution.

“The next operation” is a date and ime of the next email list distribution taking in account the time zone given in the task for email list. “Current status” is a status of a task for email list distribution. Allowed options:

  • “In progress” means report formation and distribution and are being performed at the moment.
  • “Sent” in according to this task report formation and distribution were performed.
  • “Failure” means that during report formation and sending mistakes occurred. “Failure” status is kept till the next mailing distribution.
  • “Empty line” means for this task the mailing distribution has not been performed yet and the time of the “next operation”.

Press “Add” button. The window will open:

“Active” means reports mailing distribution stop/launch.

“Name” is a mailing distribution name.

“Regularity”

  • “Daily” means that reports will be sent daily.
  • “Weekly” means that reports will be sent once a week.
  • “Monthly” means that reports will be sent once a month.

Select one, several or a VH group in accordance with which the report for mailing distribution will be performed.

“Individual report for each VH” the mailing list distribution will include only reports on each selected VH individually. If the report selected for mailing list distribution does not support generation by one of the selected VH, for such VH the report will not be generated.

“One report for all VH” the mailing list distribution will include the same report for all selected VH. In case the report selected for the mailing distribution does not support formation by several VH, Omnicomm generates reports for each VH separately.

“Report selection for mailing list distribution” In the “Report” list select a report which will be generated by selected VH and added to the mailing list distribution. Reports allowed for mailing list distribution:

  • track;
  • fuel volume;
  • statistics;
  • group operation;
  • summary report;
  • the list of refueling and draining;
  • report by shifts;
  • events;
  • violations;
  • work for period;
  • geofences attending;
  • movement between parkings;
  • fuel dispensing, refueling and draining;
  • load for period;
  • routes fulfillment;
  • current routes.

“Report period” is set depending on the mailing distribution regularity.

For daily mailing list distribution:

from, specify the time of a period start for report generation.

till, specify the time of a period end for report generation.

For weekly mailing list distribution:

from, specify a day of week and time of a period start for report generation.

to, specify a day of week and time of a period end for report generation.

For monthly mailing list distribution:

from, specify a day of month and time of a period start for report generation. Possible values are from 1 to 27.

from, specify a day of month and time of a period end for report generation will be set automatically.

“Report generation delay” is a period of time calculated from the report period end and upon expiry of which report generation and mailing list distribution are performed. “Report generation delay” is required to obtain and process data from VH. Potential values: from 0 to 1439 minutes (24 hours).

“Time zone” is a time zone in accordance with which report generation and mailing list distribution are performed.

“Report generation schedule” means regularity and time of mailing list distribution and contains information on the following mailing list distribution.

Message parameters

“E-mails of recipients” enter the list of reports recipients email addresses, the addresses shall be divided with commas.

“Message subject”, enter a prefix which will be displayed at the beginning of subject of emails containing reports.
